Pick up and deliver parts in a timely manner.

Load trucks in such a way as to eliminate damage to sheet metal and other fragile parts.

Organize the schedule of deliveries to maximize efficiency and post delivery schedule on whiteboard in parts.

Ensures that all products are received on the listed vendor packing slips.

Ensures that part numbers on the parts match parts numbers on the packing slips.

Documents any error in deliveries.

Ensures that all back-order parts are documented and filed.

Ensures that all customer parts are stored in correct special order bins.

Check incoming shippments from all vendors,and ships out parts through various shipping companies.

Assist with annual physical inventory.

Perform daily and weekly physical counts.

Monitor accuracy levels as directed by the parts manager

Assist with material returns and core returns.

Be able to proficiently assist all customers with parts inquiries and parts specifications.

Be able to properly bill parts to invoices and repair orders.
